Meet the dedicated graduates who are instrumental in making the VASJ Young Alumni Association happen! These individuals work closely with the VASJ Alumni Office to find ways to engage and inspire their peers to become leaders, serve as mentors to students and each other, and remain connected to their alma mater in collaborative and meaningful ways.
Patrick Bradford '19
President
An active member of the Viking community, Patrick R. Bradford currently serves as president of the VASJ Young Alumni Association. In addition to this role, Patrick is the chair of the newly formed Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee on the VASJ Board of Advisors.
After graduating from VASJ, Patrick attended The Ohio State University, where he studied political science and strategic communication. After graduating in May 2023, he began working as the membership manager for the Wexner Center for the Arts at OSU.
Outside of these roles, Patrick enjoys traveling, photography, watching movies and spending time with friends. He currently resides in Columbus, Ohio.
Jazmine Dowdley '13
Vice President
Jazmine is a dynamic individual deeply committed to connecting with and supporting young alumni of VASJ in her role as vice president of the YAA. She works as a program manager at Open Doors Academy, where she channels her passion for youth empowerment and community engagement.
As a Cheerleading Coach at St. Martin de Porres, Jazmine brings her enthusiasm and leadership to the field, mentoring and guiding young athletes toward success both on and off the mat.
Jazmine's academic journey began at Lakeland Community College, and she currently pursues further education at Cleveland State University, driven by her thirst for knowledge and personal growth.
Beyond her professional and academic pursuits, Jazmine finds joy in exploring the world through travel, unraveling the mysteries of puzzles, and immersing herself in the enchanting worlds of Disney and Marvel. Proudly calling Euclid, OH, her home, she embraces each day with excitement, seeking new adventures and opportunities to make a positive impact in her community.
