On February 17, VASJ will hold its biggest fundraiser of the year, the Continue the Dream event. I am asking for your help to make this event a success and to support our school in this important way.
Our school has experienced tremendous growth over the past seven years. We are a school determined to succeed with a mission worthy of continued support.
In 2011, our school enrollment was 276. Today it is 454.
We went from receiving a total of nine students from both Our Lady of the Lake and Ss. Robert and William to this year's total of 51.
In 2011, our freshman class consisted of 50 students and our graduating class consisted of 71. This year, our freshman class is at 133 and we will be graduating 86.
Our special education department went from 24 students, with zero students on the Autism or Jon Peterson Scholarships, to 39 students who are all on either the Autism or JP Scholarship.
The video below tells the story of Leon Rockamore Jr. '17. When Leon entered our school as a freshman, he didn't know what he wanted to do with his future. When he graduated last spring, he left for college with a plan for his future. But even more important, he left with confidence that he was capable of achieving his dreams.
That is why we do what we do. VASJ is helping our students grow spiritually, academically, and personally. We are giving our students the tools and confidence they need to succeed.
But we can't do it alone.
Please help us Continue the Dream.
