St. Vincent-St. Mary High School in Akron, Ohio, is near the end of their process of becoming a Marianist-sponsored school. A group of VASJ students and faculty traveled to Akron to help the school with the final stages of the process.
They shared with the SVSM teachers the ways in which VASJ carries out the Marianist traditions and how teachers and faculty can help students understand the meaning of being a Marianist school.
VASJ is excited to be working so closely with SVSM through this process and to have another Marianist school in Northeast Ohio. Welcome to the Marianist family, St. Vincent-St. Mary!
