VASJ students earn Jared Plesec Service Award

Service is an essential component of student life at Villa Angela-St. Joseph High School. The Ursuline Core Value of Service and Social Consciousness and the Marianist Characteristic of Educating for Service, Justice and Peace influence VASJ's strong emphasis on service. 

Each grade level at VASJ is required to complete service hours and projects. However, many VASJ students go above and beyond these service requirements. 

The following students are recipients of this year's Jared Plesec Service Award. The award is given to seniors, juniors and sophomores who complete 50 hours of service or more beyond the yearly requirement and freshmen who complete 25 hours of service or more. Congratulations to our students who went above and beyond to serve their communities!
