Villa Angela-St. Joseph High School is excited to announce that former FOX 8 sports anchor John Telich will serve as emcee of the school's Continue the Dream gala on Saturday, April 30.
Telich spent more than four decades as a sportscaster at FOX 8 News in Cleveland before retiring last month. An 11-time Emmy winner, Telich covered the highs and lows of Cleveland sports over the decades. After graduating from Euclid High School and Ashland College, he began his career with local radio. He lives in Euclid with his wife, Jane, and their dog, Scarlet. The couple has three children.
In addition to hearing commentary from Telich, guests at VASJ's Continue the Dream gala will enjoy dinner and an open bar, live and silent auctions, live music provided by Rock Radio, a $5K raffle drawing and more. VASJ’s Hall of Fame Class of 2020 inductees will also be recognized.
Our annual Continue the Dream gala directly supports the school’s important mission of helping students grow spiritually, academically and personally. After a two-year pause, we’re excited to once again come Together for Tomorrow, a fitting theme for this year’s benefit.
Tickets to the gala are $100 per person. A friends table can be purchased for $1,200, which includes reserved seating for eight guests, dinner and drinks for a table of eight, and a personalized table sign. Registration will close on Friday, April 22.
We hope you’ll join us on April 30 for our biggest fundraiser of the year! Visit vasj.com/continuethedream for more information or to purchase tickets.
