Villa Angela-St. Joseph High School is pleased to announce that Erin Kortovich ’93 has been named the school’s new Director of Admissions.
Kortovich has spent the past 15 years teaching Pre-K, including her last five years at All Saints School of St. John Vianney in Wickliffe. With a bachelor’s degree in exercise science, she previously worked in the corporate and nonprofit fitness industry.
“My husband, Chuck, and I both attended VASJ, along with our siblings. We have always had a love for the school and the friendships that we have built over the years,” Kortovich said. “I want to be able to share with future families interested in VASJ what a special place it has been for our family over the past 30 years.”
With major school improvements as a result of the Keeping Our Promises Campaign as well as a new turf field being installed, Kortovich said she’s looking forward to alumni and new parents alike getting a chance to see the exciting changes taking place at VASJ.
“I’m excited for alumni to come back and see all the new improvements and share with prospective families what an amazing place VASJ is for so many who attend,” she said.
Kortovich replaces Barb DiTurno ’82, who has transitioned into the role of Major Gift Officer at VASJ. She and her husband, Chuck, live in Willoughby with their three sons, Charlie ’22, Brian ’25 and Kevin.
