May 18, 2021VASJ seniors Ashley Holbrook and Devin Mills were selected as winners in the 2021 LifeWorks Ohio Respect Life Art & Essay Contest. More than 1,500 entries were received this year.
Ashley placed second in the poetry category, while Devin placed third. The annual competition allows students in grades 4-12 to express their commitment to life through art, essay and poetry using a Biblical theme. This year’s theme was based on the Bible verse, “So faith, hope and love remain…but the greatest of these is love.” 1 Corinthians 13:13
