Semester Exams

TUESDAY, DECEMBER 17
8:00 a.m.-9:12 a.m. - Math
9:18 a.m.-10:20 a.m. - History

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 18
8:00 a.m.-9:12 a.m. - Religion
9:18 a.m.-10:20 a.m. - English

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 19
8:00 a.m.-9:12 a.m. - Science
9:18 a.m.-10:20 a.m. - World Languages

Thursday, December 19 is NOT a delayed start day. Exams begin promptly at 8 a.m. 
Breakfast will be available, but no lunches will be served. The cafeteria will open at 7 a.m. as usual.

Most students will complete testing by 10:30 a.m.. All students MUST be out of the building no later than 11:30 a.m. each day. Please make transportation arrangements accordingly. 

Students who ride VASJ school vans will be transported as usual in the morning. The vans will pick up students at school when exams are completed and transport them home. Schedules for each van will be available by the end of the week from each driver. There is NO bus transportation on Friday, December 20 for the make-up day!

Student illness is the ONLY excused absence for midterm exams. Parents must follow the protocol for calling a student in ill to school. Make up day for exams is Friday, December 20.

Students must be in FULL uniform for exams. They will not be allowed to test if they are not in dress code.

Students who are tardy unexcused will NOT get additional time to complete an exam.
