Parent-teacher conferences

On Thursday, September 29, VASJ will hold parent-teacher conferences. These conferences will be held in the school gym beginning at 2:30 p.m.

All teachers will be at tables in the gym, and parents can choose which teachers to meet. We ask that conferences be limited to 10 minutes or less in order to accommodate all parents.

Below is the schedule:
2:30-4 p.m. - Conferences
4-5 p.m. - Dinner break for teachers
5-7:30 p.m. - Conferences

If a parent cannot make the conferences, please contact the teacher directly to set up an alternate time to meet with the teacher. In order to accommodate the conferences, school will be dismissed at 2 p.m.
