March 6, 2018Members of VASJ’s Christian Leadership class have been assigned to carry out a project that will benefit the community in some way. Seniors Pat Sheridan and Elizabeth Smith decided they wanted their project to serve those who are serving our country, especially those who are alums.
“We want to make sure that our fellow Vikings feel the love they deserve with a special gift from us,” says Elizabeth.
They want to send a care package to anyone currently serving active duty in the military.
“In the package, we would like to send a Viking shirt along with other essentials,” says Elizabeth.
“Also included in the package will be a letter from the students of VASJ thanking them for serving our country,” Pat adds.
