CLEVELAND, OHIO ﹘ Villa Angela-St. Joseph High School President Bill Cervenik ‘72 announced the school will be inducting eight new members into its Hall of Fame at the November 1 ceremony at the American-Croatian Lodge Party Center in Eastlake, Ohio.
Mayor Annette (McMillian) Blackwell ’80, William M. Denihan ’55, Kenneth “Binks” Maglicic ’61, Megan (Flynt) Maimone ’00, James Myers ’76, Joseph Scaminace ’71, Sandra (Pertekel) Turner ’66, and Linda (Mengay) Warren ’73, were nominated by various members of the Villa Angela-St. Joseph High School family for their many contributions to the school and to their community.
“VASJ’s Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony is one of the school’s most coveted events,” says Cervenik. “With this outstanding group of inductees, it is sure to be a wonderful evening.”
The inductees will join a wonderful group of past Hall of Fame members which include alumni, faculty, administrators, parents, and benefactors who have honored the richness of traditions and the family spirit fostered at Villa Angela-St. Joseph High School.
