Richard Osborne judges speech competition at Ss. Robert and William

VASJ President Richard Osborne spent the morning of April 18 judging the annual Modern Woodmen of America speech competition at Ss. Robert and William school in Euclid. Also serving as judges were Euclid Mayor Bill Cervenik and Jim Collins of the News-Herald.
