CLEVELAND, OHIO – Villa Angela-St. Joseph High School President Bill Cervenik '72 has named Kristen Mott '09 as the school’s new Communications and Marketing Coordinator.
“The search process for this position was very thorough,” Cervenik stated. “After reviewing her resume and meeting with her, I was confident she was the ideal candidate for the job. Kristen not only has tremendous organizational and interpersonal skills, but she presented sound and insightful marketing strategies that I am confident will contribute to the advancement of the school.”
Mott, who has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Promotional Communications from Cleveland State University, graduated from VASJ in 2009. “I am very excited to be returning to the Viking Village as the Marketing and Communications Coordinator,” Mott says. “Villa Angela-St. Joseph High School has always held a special place in my heart. It’s an honor to be joining the team at a school that had such a huge part in shaping me into the person I am today.”
Mott will start at VASJ on Sept. 16, ready to hit the ground running in her new role. “We have a very busy and eventful upcoming year and will be moving forward with implementing our new strategic plan,” Cervenik stated. “Kristen will have a significant role in seeing that we are prepared and successful in achieving our current and future goals.”
Mott will be replacing Emily Robinson who leaves after serving as Director of Communications for the past 10 years at VASJ to spend more time with her young family.
