VASJ asks for support of annual Continue the Dream event

On Saturday, April 1, 2017, more than 400 members of the Viking community will be in attendance at our Continue the Dream Annual Benefit. The funds raised directly support the school’s important mission of helping students grow spiritually, academically, and personally. 

Would you please consider supporting our event and our school’s important mission?

Here are some ways you can support the Continue the Dream event:

• Mark your calendar for Saturday, April 1, 2017, and make your reservation to attend at vasj.com/continuethedream.

• Donate an item of any value for our Viking and Silent Auction raffles. Creativity is key. An item can vary from a gift certificate to your favorite restaurant to sporting tickets and beyond. Some ideas to consider are sports memorabilia, concert tickets, or theater passes. Think of the types of items you would like to bid on and take home. Have extra gift cards from Christmas that you won’t use? We will take them!

• Encourage others that you may know to donate items as well. Many small retailers and businesses might be willing to put together a basket of items or products that could be raffled off the night of the event.  

• Consider advertising your business or celebrating a student or alum by placing an ad in our event program.

• Connect us with someone you think would be a corporate sponsor of our event. 

All donations are tax-deductible and will be verified with a receipt to ensure that all items and their value, meet IRS requirements. Further recognition is noted at the event, with appropriate acknowledgment of donor generosity.
