Art students compete in Christmas card design contest

VASJ students in Mrs. Brittany Simmons' art class submitted artwork with the hope that they would be selected for this year's Christmas card. Members of VASJ's advancement staff had the tough job of choosing the winners. It was a difficult task as there are many talented young artists at VASJ.

Congratulations to this year's first-place winner, junior Dena Pullum. Junior Hannah Tizzano was selected for second place and sophomore Kayla Hynamen was chosen for third place.
